About Patricia Muñoz
As a real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients put towards me. I
have been a leading top producer since my very first year entering. I take pride in giving back to
my community to truly indulge in their happiness and excitement as it is the final result of my
real estate process. I earned my degree in law school in my home country Lima, Peru. With the
knowledge and skills I gained from pursuing my career as a lawyer it has allowed me to be more
efficient in my real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and to having my
clients best interest in mind. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with nonprofit organizations
including participating in community services for the Athens area. This not only includes the
general population but also my Hispanic community. Buying or selling a home can be one of the
most emotional and stressful processes of your life. My one goal is to simplify the process while
making it a worthwhile experience.
